The Patent and Trademark Agency LASVET was founded as a private company in April 1992 and started its activities simultaneously with restoration of the industrial property protection system in Estonia on 1 October 1992.

The Agency renders services in the full scale of intellectual property matters, copyright and unfair competition matters included. At present the staff of the Agency includes 13 persons, eight of them are registered IP Attorneys.

In litigation cases, our Attorneys are entitled to act independently before the court. But when necessary, they co-operate with the lawyers of local leading law offices in order to achieve the best possible results for the clients.
