  • Paris Convention (Stockholm Act), since August 24, 1994.
  • Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), since August 24, 1994.
  • Bern Convention for the Protection of Authors' Works, since October 26, 1994.
  • Nice Agreement regarding the International Classification of Goods and Services for purposes of Registration of Marks, since May 27, 1996.
  • Budapest Treaty regarding the Deposit of Microorganisms, since September 14, 1996.
  • Locarno Agreement regarding the International Classification of Industrial Designs, since October 31, 1996.
  • Strasbourg Agreement regarding the International Patent Classification, since February 27, 1997.
  • Madrid Protocol regarding the International Registration of Marks, since November 18, 1998.
  • Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs, adopted in July 1999 by a Diplomatic Conference convened in Geneva. Estonia signed the Act in July 1999.
