Should you happen to visit Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, we beg that you at least for a moment will spend your time in the medieval center of our capital - in Town Sqare - where you may admire the majestic Town Hall built in the 14th century and feel the mixture of the medieval spirit and the turmoil of a modern city.

Then, turning your back to the Town Hall and crossing Town Square, you will find the entrance to the historical medieval passageway called Passage of White Bread (Saiakäik in Estonian).

Your journey through the Saiakäik joining the Town Square and Long (Pikk in Estonian) Street, lasts less than a minute after which you have reached Long Street.

Please stop and look to the left. You will see a typical medieval part of Tallinn, some of the buildings originating from the 14th century.

When having crossed Long Street, you will enter the next medieval passageway called Börsikäik joining Long Street and Broad (Lai in Estonian) Street.

As you see, this passageway is more modest than the previous one. The reason is simple - in the medieval concept, Broad Street was considered to be far away from the very center of the city. But in reality, for strolling through this passageway you will also need no more than a minute.

Having reached Broad Street, please turn to the right. You will see the typical medieval surrounding. The church you will see is one of the most famous ones in our capital - St. Olaf's (Oleviste) Church.

Continuing your walk, enjoy the atmosphere of ancient buildings spiced with cars - the plague of nowadays.

Soon you will reach the corner of the second street to the left - Cannon (Suurtüki in Estonian) Street.

Cannon Street. You will see one of the numerous City Wall Towers.

Having passed the Tower, you will see a restored two - storey building on the right side of the street facing a park called Tower Square. The label next to the bell button indicates LASVET. You are welcome.
