CUSTOMER'S REGISTRATION

SUBMITTING ORDER

To facilitate submission of European patent validation orders to Lasvet, we have launched the Internet based submitting orders system. The system is based on the circumstance that for validation of a European patent in Estonia Lasvet needs only:

a) the data enabling to unambiguously identify the respective patent;
b) one paper document - the Power of Attorney. No other paper documents are needed.

Prior to sending the order, the customer has the possibility of ordering a rough cost estimate, which will be sent to the customer via e-mail.

While submitting the order the customer has the possibility of ordering from Lasvet a draft Power of Attorney ready for signature, which will be sent to the customer via e-mail in Word format.

To use the system you will have to register yourself as a customer. For this click the REGISTRATION button and follow the instructions as they appear on the screen.

After the registration you will have user name and password. To submit an order for validation of a European patent click the SUBMITTING ORDER button and follow the instructions as they appear on the screen.
