Prior to the establishment of the Agency in1992, was the head of the Patent Department of the Computer Research & Development Division of the Estonian Academy of Sciences. A qualified IP Attorney since 1992. As of April 1998 - a member of the Board of the Estonian Association of Patent Attorneys. Member of AIPPI, FICPI, INTA and LES. Specializes in the field of inventions (topologies of integrated circuits included), trademarks and industrial designs. European Patent Attorney since 2002.
